It is a unified digital platform to transform consumer grievance redressal across the country.

This platform integrates systems such as OCMS (Online computerized monitoring system), e-Daakhil, NCDRC-CMS (National consumer disputes redressal commission-consumer mediation cell) and the CONFONET portal (Computerization and Computer Networking of Consumer Fora in Country) into a single seamless interface, eliminating fragmentation for users.Over two lakh users including NRIs registers on e-Jagriti platform since its launch.

  • The Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India.
  • On 1st January, 2025.

  • Voice-to-text features to aid visually challenged and elderly users.
  • Virtual courtrooms for faster, remote hearings, reducing reliance on physical infrastructure.
  • Integrates Bharat Kosh and PayGov payment gateways for seamless fee transactions.
