e-Jagriti
It is a unified digital platform to transform consumer grievance redressal across the country.
This platform integrates systems such as OCMS (Online computerized monitoring system), e-Daakhil, NCDRC-CMS (National consumer disputes redressal commission-consumer mediation cell) and the CONFONET portal (Computerization and Computer Networking of Consumer Fora in Country) into a single seamless interface, eliminating fragmentation for users.Over two lakh users including NRIs registers on e-Jagriti platform since its launch.
